- Asana – Sukshma vyayama, Types of Asanas, Differential relaxation techniques, Shavasana & its importance

- Advanced Asana's
- Shuddhikriya (6-types)
- Pranayam
- Meditation (Dhyana)
- Chakra's
- Suryanamaskar & Chandranamaskar
- Introduction to Power Yoga
- Power yoga related to upper body, lower body & core strengthening
