- Outsourcing consultancy – Health Food Cafes, Proshop products etc.
- Providing manuals :
- Sales manual ( processes for sales monitoring, rules for members, payment rules etc) - Operations manual (process for maintaining the records of stocks, accounts etc.) - Programmer manual (for designing workouts of the members) - Club rules manual (house rules, management disclaimer, membership rules etc.) HR Manual (staff policies and procedures) Terms & Conditions - All architectural, construction, printing, recruitment, marketing, equipment purchase, etc. costs must be borne by the client.
- The selection of the architect, plumbing, AC and electrical consultants must be approved by K11 to ensure superior quality of the club design and functioning.
- All Marketing material for the pre opening sales and seminar must have K11 branding as per our approval.
- All pre opening marketing campaign material must be approved by K11
- K11 branding banners and posters must be put up at the seminar location.
- The location for the pre- opening seminar must be approved by K11.
- Administration training will only be conducted if the software’s purchased are the ones suggested by K11.
- The above-mentioned services will be rendered for a maximum of 4 months from the date of the contract or till the day the club commences operations whichever comes first. Any extension required will be charged extra.
- All travel, lodging and boarding costs for K11 staff outside the city of Mumbai if required must be borne by the client.
- To achieve the set targets for the pre-sale campaign, complete freedom and control must be given to K11.
- All fitness information leaflets must give credit to the author of the content.
- All negotiations with architects, contractors, equipments dealers etc. must be done by the client. K11 executives can be present at this time on request.
Payment Terms Charges applicable for the above mentioned services would be Rs. 2,00,000/- plus taxes, per club. (This charge may vary depending on the services required) 25% of the amount should be paid along with a letter of intent from you to sign us on as consultants. K11 will commence work on the project only after receipt of 25% of the total fee. 30% of the amount must be paid upon commencement of the pre-sales campaign. 30% of the amount must be paid upon successful installation of fitness equipment in the premises. 15% of the amount must paid at the end of 4 months of the contract or the day the club commences operations whichever comes first.
